How to translate text in function.php with WPML [closed]

1. Please use updated code: ...
2. Then go to WPML -> Theme and Plugins localization -> Rescan strings in your theme.
3. Go to WPML >> String translation >> Search for the string you want to translate >> Add translation >> Check "Translation is complete” >> Save.
