Why do I have categories with duplicate slugs?

The reason its a duplicate is because there must also exist a Page or Post Tag with exactly the same term in the slug, in this case its blog. In this case the category hasn't been duplicated but the slug has as its been used somewhere else in a page or tag which needs to be located and fixed.
